These Bulk Bags are manufactured from
ventilated Polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics that permit
air flow through the bag, making them particularly
suitable for the packaging of potatoes.
A duffel, or flap is often used as a top closure,
and a bottom spout is utilised as a discharge facility.
For seed potatoes, PP netting is used on two side panels to
allow greater air permeability.
Potato suppliers have found FIBCs advantageous for handling,
storing and transporting their products in preference to 25/50kg
woven sacks or potato boxes.
